Fitness Retreats
OK. You can't stand your muffin top any longer. You've made the decision, again, to change your ways. If only you could just get a jump start on your new, healthy way of life. Pack your bags and head off to a fitness retreat.
First clear out all the junk food in your pantry and fridge before you leave. When you get back, you may just want to indulge one last time. Remove the temptation before you go. You will just need some comfortable clothes and shoes.
Once you arrive and check in, you'll get your plan to get you on your way to a fit, healthy body. There will be light, healthy food and exercise classes aplenty. You will probably squeeze in some nutrition classes as well.
Keep your chin up because most of these places are equipped with whirlpools and saunas to soothe your weary body. You will be able to get a massage, facial, herbal wraps, and all the usual spa amenities. You should be rewarded for making the commitment to get healthy, right?
Be sure to let the powers that be know about any medical issues you have when you check in. Bring your prescription medications, but they usually supply supplements and vitamins. The food will be light, usually organic and prepared to look delicious. In fact, most people say it is delicious.
The whole purpose of this is to give you the knowledge to help you modify your eating habits and do something physical that you will enjoy. Exercise doesn't have to be drudgery; otherwise it's hard to stick with it. Find something you like to do.
Go home to your purged pantry and fill it with nutritious food. Revel in your smallest weight loss and you're on your way to a fit new you.
