Retreat And Recharge In A Weekend Retreat

Had a tough week? It would be great to just take off for a while, but work awaits you on Monday. How about some weekend retreats?

Weekend retreats are a great way to check out a spa or resort without dropping a bundle. Most of them offer some kind of weekend package.

You can just pack a few comfortable items of clothing and head out. Relax and have a massage, a facial, and a dip in the pool or hot tub.

If you really feel you must, you can take an exercise class or two, but the cuisine is usually light. In addition, it's also delicious, healthy and you did not have to prepare it.

Just getting away from ringing phones, noisy neighbors, and your normal life will do you a world of good. Go alone or recruit your best friend or significant other.

Couples retreats are a nice way to reconnect after a hard week at work. You and your sweetie can concentrate on each other with no distractions for a change.

When Monday rolls around, and it will, you'll be ready to tackle the world again.
