Everybody Say Ohm At Yoga Spa Retreats

Devotees of yoga will love the idea of a retreat dedicated to improving their yoga experience. If you have deep pockets, you can jet off to Thailand or Bali for your yoga spa experience. After all that's where it all started. If you are like most of us, there are plenty of options right here in the U.S.A.

Yoga centers can be found almost anywhere in the country and many sponsor retreats in a beautiful outdoor setting. A lot of spas offer yoga packages as well.

The sessions are devoted to healthy eating, postures, breathing and balancing poses. You can do yoga all day if you want to. The combinations of breathing, meditation, and asanas (postures) relax and stretch the body while calming the mind.

Typical spa offerings are also available to you. You can indulge in aromatherapy, stone massages, facials, salt scrubs and hydrotherapy. Whew, when you finish all that you'll be so relaxed, you may just slide right out of your chair. You'll most certainly get a great night's sleep.

Yoga can be practiced by all ages. Beginning classes are for most fit all fitness levels. Many older people can benefit from the increased flexibility they will attain. Obviously not all of us can bend like a pretzel, but there is something for nearly everyone.

Get away from your hectic life for a weekend or a week. Can't spare that? Take a class. You can proabaly spare an hour. You'll feel better, more relaxed, and improve your health and flexibility.
